Terms of Sale
R.M. Leduc & Cie Inc. reserves the right to modify at anytime terms and conditions of sales.
All institutions such as municipalities and schools are pre-approved for the opening of an account. Your account is automatically opened at the time of your first order and your invoice is sent with the merchandise.
Orders can be placed through our web site, by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, by fax at 1-866-242-1173 or by telephone at 1-800-561-1121.
There is no minimum required to place an order.
You can order products not listed in our catalogue or on our web site. Contact our Sales department for all requests. It will be our pleasure to do a search with our suppliers and make you an offer. Each new product was added to our inventory following our clients recommendations. We will be more than happy to note all your suggestions.
We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice when we are subject to inevitable price raises ourselves due to the reordering of our stocks.
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
Taxes are not included in the prices shown and will be applied at the time of invoicing in accordance with each province's applicable laws.
All merchandises are payable by bank trasnfert, check or credit card within 30 days following billing date.
Deliveries made in Canada only.
We keep every product in stock, to ensure fast service and avoid delivery delays. If you order before 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, the merchandise will leave our premises the following day. We use Canpar carrier for most of our shipment. Delivery time varies from 1 to 5 business days. We can also ship your order by mail. R.M. Leduc & Cie Inc cannot be held responsible for eventual delay in the delivery.
A wait is to be planned, depending on the ordered merchandise.
We include shipping and handling fees for all orders. However, a minimum purchase amount is required to avoid these charges. Please check minimum to order and fees for your area.
Delivery charges are applicable.
Receiption of Merchandise
If, at the time of delivery, the original package is damaged or opened, you should at once verify the condition of the merchandise. If your merchandise is damaged, you must refuse the package and make a note to this effect on the bill of lading (shipment refused due to damages) and send back the package with the carrier.
We guarantee an "FULL SATISFACTION" on all our merchandise. In the event that the product ordered does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to contact our office to obtain a return authorization number. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Shipping fees will be assumed by the client. R.M. Leduc & Cie Inc will only agree to pay shipping fees if a mistake has been made when preparing the order or if merchandise is defective.
